A new report from Bloomberg details Apple's extensive Mac roadmap for the coming years, including updates to the MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and iMac lines. Before the end of this year, Apple is expected to launch an entry-level MacBook Pro with the M6 chip, new iMacs, and high-end 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook models featuring OLED screens and M5 Pro and M5 Max chips. These premium MacBooks are slated for release between late this year and early next year, with testing on macOS 27.1 underway.

Looking ahead to early 2027, an updated MacBook Air lineup is planned, alongside a redesigned entry-level MacBook Pro powered by the M7 chip. A new MacBook Neo, potentially with an A19 Pro chip, is also in development and may see periodic color refreshes. The Mac mini is being tested with M5 Pro and base M6 processors, while new Mac Studio models with M5 Max and M5 Ultra chips are also in testing, though their release is dependent on memory chip supplies.

Further into the future, an OLED MacBook Air is anticipated as early as 2028, potentially followed by an OLED iMac. The report highlights significant advancements in Apple's Mac hardware strategy, spanning multiple product categories and chip generations over the next several years.
