BYU wide receiver Parker Kingston is no longer enrolled at the school after being arrested on a first-degree felony rape charge. The charge stems from an incident in February 2025 when an unidentified 20-year-old woman reported being sexually assaulted in St. George, Utah. BYU officials confirmed the arrest but declined to specify whether Kingston left voluntarily or was dismissed.

Kingston, 21, made a court appearance Friday and was released on a $100,000 bond after initially being held without bail. Judge John Walton deemed him a danger to the community. His defense attorney agreed to conditions including no contact with the accuser, no social media use, and wearing a GPS ankle monitor. If convicted, Kingston faces five years to life in prison.

The senior was BYU's leading receiver last season with 67 catches for 928 yards and five touchdowns, earning first-team All-Big 12 honors. Just days before his arrest, Kingston appeared to announce his engagement at a BYU men's basketball game. His next court date is scheduled for February 25.
