OpenAI Chief Revenue Officer Denise Dresser is stepping down to pursue other opportunities, less than a year after joining the artificial-intelligence company, OpenAI said. She will be succeeded by Dali Rajic. During the transition, Dresser will work closely with the business team to support customers.

Dresser is the latest senior OpenAI executive to leave, following the departure earlier this week of Brad Lightcap, the company’s former chief operating officer. Fidji Simo, once OpenAI’s second in command, told staff in July she would leave her full-time role after a medical condition worsened.

The former CEO of Slack, Dresser was tasked with growing sales among large businesses adopting AI tools. "Denise has led our revenue organization through a formative period," said Greg Brockman, president and co-founder. "Dali will turn what we’ve learned into repeatable execution as we build out the full system to make AI broadly useful."
