Fenix International, OnlyFans’ U.K.-based parent company, paid $700 million in dividends to founder Leo Radvinsky for the period ending Nov. 30, 2025, including $535 million in the fiscal year and $174 million between January and the end of March. The payout came shortly before Radvinsky died from cancer in March. His wife, Yekaterina Chudnovsky, took control of the company following his death.

OnlyFans employed just 47 people in its latest financial year, working with about 1,500 outside content moderators. Despite controversy over its adult content, the platform had 2.5 million active creators and 132 million active fan accounts, with the U.S. as its largest market. Revenue grew 10% to close to $1.6 billion, generating profit of more than $521 million.

In May, Architect Capital agreed to buy a 16% stake in OnlyFans, valuing the business at $3.15 billion. The revised deal with Chudnovsky carried a lower valuation than the $3.5 billion majority-stake deal initially discussed with Radvinsky before his death, because Architect no longer gained control.
