OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky received more than $700mn in dividends before his death from cancer earlier this year, according to annual accounts for Fenix International, the UK-based streaming platform. Results for the year to November 2025 show revenue rising 10% to $1.6bn and pre-tax profit up 5% to $715mn, while the business employs only 47 people. The majority of profits went to Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur, with $535mn paid in dividends during the 2025 financial year, up from $497mn the prior year, and an additional $174mn distributed after the financial year ended.

Radvinsky’s death preceded the April sale of a 16% stake to San Francisco-based Architect Capital for $535mn, valuing the company at $3.2bn — a figure some Wall Street advisers considered low due to investor reluctance around the platform’s adult-content reputation. Creator accounts grew 9% to 5mn, with 2.5mn active, and fan accounts rose 16% to 437mn globally, of which 132mn were active. The platform paid $6.2bn to creators last year after taking its 20% cut, bringing total creator payouts to $30bn since its 2016 launch.

Control now rests with a family trust led by Radvinsky’s widow, Katie Chudnovsky. CEO Keily Blair highlighted over $1mn paid to more than 5,000 creators and £600mn in UK corporate taxes since 2016. The US remains the largest market, generating $965mn in revenue, followed by the UK and Europe at $347mn and the rest of the world at $241mn.
