Indian AI firm Yotta Data Services plans to invest over $2 billion to build an AI computing hub using Nvidia's latest Blackwell Ultra chips. The company will deploy 20,736 liquid-cooled processors in an AI 'supercluster' designed to run advanced models.

The project includes a four-year deal worth over $1 billion with Nvidia to establish a cloud cluster within Yotta's infrastructure. Yotta will also provide access to Nvidia's AI enterprise software suite through its Shakti Studio AI platform, expanding its capabilities in the competitive AI infrastructure market.

The supercluster is expected to launch by August at Yotta's data center campus near New Delhi, with additional capacity from its Mumbai facility. Founded by the Hiranandani Group, Yotta operates two major data centers in India and had previously scrapped U.S. listing plans through a SPAC merger.
