Trustpilot forecasted full-year 2025 bookings growth of 18% on a constant currency basis, reaching $291 million. The reviews platform also reported a dramatic improvement in its cash position, rising to $48 million from just $6 million a year earlier, and announced plans to extend its share buyback program by up to £10 million. CEO Adrian Blair credited accelerating growth in the second half of the year to new business wins and enterprise customers.

Regionally, the company saw strength across all markets, with UK bookings hitting $116 million and European contributions rising to $113 million. Trustpilot also highlighted the impact of its AI-enabled fraud detection, which removed 7.8 million fake reviews during the year. However, the company faces regulatory headwinds.

It received a draft statement of objections from the Italian competition authority over an alleged breach of the Italian Consumer Code. Trustpilot is responding to the claim, which affects less than 5% of group revenue, and expects a resolution by March 2026.
