HBX Group International reported a 16% jump in total transaction value (TTV) for the first quarter, reaching €2 billion. The company confirmed its full-year outlook, projecting double-digit growth. However, shares experienced a roughly 3% drop in early trading. This mixed performance reflects both strong sales and some anticipated margin pressure in a competitive market.

Group revenue rose 5% to €170 million, while reported revenue growth was more modest at 1%. The implied take rate decreased to 8.4%, influenced by a higher contribution from third-party supply and increased sales campaigns. By region, MEAPAC saw the fastest TTV growth. These dynamics are key for understanding the company's financial health amid economic uncertainties.

CEO Nicolas Huss noted “early signs that our renewed strategic focus is gaining traction.” HBX reiterated its full-year outlook, guiding constant-currency TTV growth between 12% and 18%. Additionally, a €100 million share buyback program was announced. Investors will watch closely to see if the company's strategies can deliver sustained growth.
