UK-based sports streaming platform DAZN is expanding further into the US with the acquisition of Ever Pass Media. The deal grants DAZN the commercial rights to live sports properties such as NFL Sunday Ticket. Following the transaction, Ever Pass founders Red Bird Capital Partners and 32 Equity, as well as investor TKO Group Holdings Inc., will become minority shareholders in DAZN.

DAZN declined to disclose financial details of the agreement. This acquisition marks a significant move by DAZN to strengthen its US sports portfolio and competitive positioning against rivals like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video in the lucrative live sports streaming market. The integration is expected to enhance DAZN's offerings ahead of upcoming NFL seasons.
