Prudential Corporation Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of the UK-based insurer, plans to sell a 2% stake in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co. for as much as $327 million. The stake sale, totaling 9.9 million shares, is scheduled for Aug. 27 to comply with minimum public shareholding rules in India. The transaction was confirmed via an exchange filing Wednesday.
