PAI Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Arlettie, a Paris-based B2B inventory management platform serving luxury brands across physical showrooms in major fashion capitals and online channels. The deal, executed through PAI Mid-Market Fund II, is scheduled to close in early July 2026.

Arlettie organizes private sales and inventory clearance events for over 220 luxury and contemporary brand partners using a consignment model and proprietary database of 120,000 active consumers. The company's revenue has more than tripled in four years as brands increasingly outsource clearance operations to specialist partners, transforming what was once an in-house challenge into a scalable service category.

PAI, which manages €25bn in assets and has completed 100-plus investments since 1994, views Arlettie as a textbook fit for its strategy of backing asset-light, services-led businesses in resilient markets. The mid-market fund allows PAI to pursue transactions below the threshold of its flagship buyout vehicle while applying the same sector expertise.

Under PAI ownership, Arlettie plans to accelerate US expansion and deepen brand relationships across additional categories and geographies. Founders Lanneau and Caillemer du Ferrage emphasized strong alignment with PAI's vision for growth. This acquisition represents a significant milestone for PAI's mid-market platform, which has become an increasingly important growth engine for the firm.
