GenNx360 Capital Partners has closed its fourth flagship fund at $865 million, exceeding its target and marking the largest fundraise in the firm's 20-year history. The oversubscribed vehicle closed commitments from a mix of existing and new investors, including pensions, asset managers, insurers, foundations, and family offices. Founded in 2006 by Ron Blaylock, who previously built the investment bank Blaylock & Company, alongside former General Electric executives Arthur Harper and Lloyd Trotter, the firm now manages roughly $3 billion in capital.

Fund IV is already well into deployment, with GenNx360 reporting five investments across infrastructure services, testing and inspection, aerospace and defence, and IT services. The firm's strategy focuses on acquiring necessities and durable essential services businesses positioned to weather economic cycles. Partners apply operational improvements and add-on acquisitions to scale portfolio companies.

In May 2026, the firm exited its initial investment, aviation parts and services group Precision Aviation Group. The fundraise underscores strong investor confidence in the lower-mid-market services sector.
