Ospreys chief executive Lance Bradley confirmed the region has not signed the WRU's new PRA25 deal, though he insists an agreement is close. Dragons and Cardiff committed to the agreement in May 2025, while Ospreys and Scarlets remain under the old deal expiring in 2028. Bradley told BBC Radio Wales Breakfast that only a few details remain unresolved.

Bradley rejected reports of budget cuts, saying discussions centered on recruitment timing rather than reduced funding. Ospreys announced redevelopment of St Helen's stadium in Swansea begins next week, featuring a new South Stand and renovated West Stand. Despite Swansea Council funding delays linked to WRU uncertainty, Bradley says the ground will be ready for the 2026-27 season.

Swansea City Council leader Rob Stewart denied any strain with the club, saying they've navigated difficult times with the WRU and remain prepared to take legal action if necessary. He expressed confidence the WRU's contested process is dead in the water, clearing the way for Ospreys to finish St Helen's redevelopment.
