MI London have named Kieron Pollard and Lisa Keightley as coaches for their men's and women's teams ahead of the 2026 The Hundred season. Pollard, a West Indies legend, joins from his role as Mumbai Indians batting coach. Keightley, a former Australia international, brings championship experience from her recent title with Sunrisers Leeds.

This move follows the franchise's rebrand from Oval Invincibles after Reliance Industries acquired a 49% stake. Pollard's deep ties to the Mumbai Indians network and his extensive T20 experience are seen as key assets. Keightley’s appointment aims to replicate her recent success, having coached Northern Superchargers to the 2025 women's title.

Both coaches are tasked with building high-performance cultures at The Oval-based franchise. Pollard called the role an "exciting opportunity" to align Surrey's cricketing ethos with Mumbai's winning mentality. Keightley looks forward to a "new challenge" after her previous Hundred success. Their appointments signal MI London's intent to dominate both divisions.
