France swept aside Scotland with 11 tries to secure a bonus-point victory and set up a title decider against England next weekend. The French ran in seven first-half tries, building an unassailable lead despite Scotland briefly taking the lead early in the match.

Scotland made a nightmare start, spilling the ball from the kick-off, and France punished them immediately through Feleu with barely 50 seconds played. The hosts briefly led when Philipps powered over for her first Test try, but France's numerical advantage after Feleu returned from the sin-bin proved decisive as Arbez, Soqueta and Champon all crossed before half-time.

With key player Emma Orr absent through injury, Scotland managed three tries through Philipps, Coubrough and Sutcliffe on debut. France's emphatic victory sets up a winner-takes-all final round clash with England, with the French knowing a bonus-point win will secure the title.
