Gloucester-Hartpury wing Mia Venner and Exeter scrum-half Flo Robinson have secured their first full-time England contracts for the 2026-27 season, alongside 32 other deals. Venner, who debuted at 17 and was a top try-scorer, earned her place after featuring in the recent Six Nations. Robinson provides specialist scrum-half cover, a role previously filled by others. Lilli Ives Campion also receives her first full-time contract, having stepped up significantly in the second row. Six players, including teenager Demelza Short, have been awarded transition contracts. Several players, including Zoe Stratford, Abbie Ward, and Lark Atkin-Davies, are included despite upcoming or recent childbirths. Marlie Packer, alongside Natasha Hunt and Alex Matthews, represents experienced talent from 2014 and 2025 World Cup wins.

"Today's announcement recognises a group of competitive and committed players who continue to drive standards," said Charlie Hayter, England Rugby's head of women's performance. "Competition within this squad remains incredibly fierce, and that's one of our greatest strengths." England's autumn fixtures include matches against Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, followed by Tests against Canada and the United States. Their campaign for a ninth consecutive Six Nations title commences away to Wales on April 10th.
