New Scotland head coach Sebastien Pocognoli has named his first squad, including Hull City striker Oli McBurnie, who has been called up for the first time in five years. Pocognoli said McBurnie fits his "style of play".

Seven uncapped players were included, among them Stoke defender Luke Graham and Sevilla winger Robbie Ure. Other newcomers are Luis Binks, Colby Donovan, Jon McCracken, Josh McPake and Stephen Welsh. Goalkeepers Scott Bain and McCracken join Angus Gunn and Liam Kelly in the pool.

Billy Gilmour returns after missing the World Cup through injury, while Scott Bain, Kieron Bowie, Josh Doig, Lennon Miller and James Wilson are recalled. Che Adams misses out. Pocognoli said: "It's a new opportunity for some players, a really new beginning."

Graham impressed in Dundee's Scottish Premiership title win, while Ure scored 20 goals in 20 matches for Sirius before a £5.5m move to Sevilla. Pocognoli added: "The door is never closed" for those not selected.
