BBC Final Score pundit Sam Parkin analyzes the weekend's EFL talking points. Huddersfield Town leads League One after four wins in five games under head coach Martin Drury. The Terriers beat Wigan 2-1, with Derensili Sanches Fernandes scoring again.
Parkin praises Sanches Fernandes as a revelation and a class above the division. Cheltenham Town rises to third after a 1-0 win over Newport County, guided by boss Steve Cotterill's return. Charlie McCann's goal and influence make him a story of the season.
Derby County remains winless in six league matches, currently 23rd in the Championship after a 1-1 draw with Sheffield United. Goalkeeper Jacob Widell Zetterstrom performed heroics to secure the point. Manager John Eustace cites ongoing injuries and an unsuccessful summer takeover hope as factors.
Parkin believes the club can use the draw as a positive moving forward.
