Coleraine returned to the top of the Irish Premiership with a dominant 5-0 victory over 10-man Crusaders at Seaview. The Bannsiders, led by Ruaidhri Higgins, produced a clinical performance to secure their biggest win of the season and a fourth consecutive victory. After Scot Rough was sent off early, Coleraine took control with goals from Rough, Senan Devine, Joel Cooper, an own goal from Jacob Blaney, and Adam Brooks.
The win opened a two-point gap at the summit. Higgins praised his team's exceptional first-half display and professionalism in difficult conditions. Former Glentoran captain Paul Leeman described it as a 'totally dominant display,' highlighting the performances of Ben Wylie and Devine.
Coleraine, unbeaten in 13 league games, now face Glentoran and Linfield in upcoming fixtures.
