Belron Group SCA is reaching out to investment banks to pitch for roles on a potential initial public offering that could be one of the largest Europe has seen in recent years, according to people familiar with the matter.

Belron — whose brands include Autoglass, Carglass and Safelite — favors a listing on Euronext Amsterdam, the people said, who asked not to be identified discussing private information.

It could seek a valuation of more than €30 billion ($35 billion) in a listing as soon as next year, Bloomberg previously reported.
