OpenAI is introducing Premium seats for ChatGPT Business to support more ambitious team projects. Premium seats provide your most active teammates with 5x more usage than Standard seats and remove the five-hour usage limit, allowing for larger projects and fewer interruptions within a secure workspace.

Premium seats cost $125 per user per month, or $100 when billed annually, while Standard seats remain $25 per month (or $20 annually). Workspace owners have the flexibility to mix both seat types in the same workspace, upgrading or reassigning seats as business needs change while managing all billing and usage in one place.

For a limited time, eligible workspace owners who sign up by August 20 can receive $100 in workspace credits (2,500 credits) for every Premium seat added, up to $500 for five seats. To qualify, join the waitlist using the email address associated with your workspace owner account. This offer is available to the first 10,000 eligible customers.
