The process involves extracting and normalizing unstructured data from sources like PDFs and clinical notes, a task at which GPT-4o excels. A clinician reviews and refines every output before it reaches the patient, ensuring safety and accuracy. This collaboration aims to reduce the significant mortality risk associated with treatment delays and addresses the complexity of individualized cancer screening.

Initial implementation is being evaluated with the University of California, San Francisco, with the goal of integrating the tool into standard clinical workflows to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burdens for healthcare providers.
