Code charts come in multiple formats—block-by-block, delta, and consolidated PDFs—to help developers locate both new and existing characters efficiently. An interactive online core specification replaces previous bookmark pages, and radical-stroke indices assist with CJK ideograph lookup.

Five synchronized technical standards accompany this release, with data files reflecting the complete planned character repertoire. The beta review period runs until the planned September 2026 publication, giving implementers time to test compatibility with the expanded character set.
