Truemetrics, a YC S23 startup, is seeking a Founding Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to join their team in Berlin. The company is developing technology to improve last-mile delivery efficiency by using smartphone data to pinpoint courier parking and building entrances.

With €1.5M ARR and enterprise clients like GLS and DPD, Truemetrics is looking to scale from €1M to €10M+. The GTM Lead will work directly with founders Ingo Bögemann (CEO) and Jan Bischof (CTO) to define and execute sales strategies, discover new market opportunities, and strengthen the core business. The role requires a self-starter with strong commercial drive, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to be hands-on, including riding along with drivers.

Candidates should be experienced in originating and driving commercial initiatives. The position offers significant impact, direct founder access, and an equity package.
