You will own Reflex's go-to-market motion end-to-end, strategy through execution. We have strong product-market signals (1M+ apps built, 28k+ GitHub stars, Fortune 500 adoption) but no formalized GTM engine. We need someone who has built this before, taken an early-stage startup from unstructured inbound and founder-led sales to a repeatable, scalable pipeline.

You will engineer systems to assist with GTM and growth: define and execute GTM strategy from the ground up, build the top-of-funnel engine turning open-source adoption and community engagement into qualified pipeline, stand up systems (CRM, enrichment, outbound, lead scoring), and partner with founders. Own metrics definition, reporting, and forecasting.

Qualifications include software engineering, machine learning, or data science experience; some startup GTM experience; comfort operating across strategy and execution. Technical fluency is required. Reflex is the operating system for building mission-critical enterprise applications, replacing fragmented stacks with a single unified platform.
