This breakthrough component leverages Murata’s proprietary silicon capacitor technology to deliver high capacitance in a tiny 0201M package, enabling superior signal integrity in high-speed digital and RF circuits.\n\nThe capacitor offers 22nF capacitance with very low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and inductance (ESL), critical for decoupling and filtering in applications up to millimeter-wave frequencies.
