The founding engineer will partner with the solo founder, who has a background in education and sales but not engineering. The role involves taking ownership of the product's technical vision, working with AI coding agents, and contributing to a fast-paced development cycle. Bloomy has experienced rapid growth since its inception in February, doubling ARR every two weeks and participating in YC S26.

Key responsibilities include shipping features, managing agent fleets, and contributing to product roadmap design, with a focus on the data flywheel and agent orchestration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience shipping user-facing products, is highly autonomous, and proficient with AI coding tools. Compensation includes a salary of $175K - $200K and 1.5 - 2.0% equity.
