ByteByteGo is seeking a part-time instructor for its "Write Production Grade Code with AI" course, designed for software engineers.

This live, cohort-based course teaches engineers to reliably ship production-grade software using AI coding agents. Participants will learn to delegate tasks, write effective specifications, and verify AI-generated code. The instructor will help refine the curriculum, lead live sessions, answer student queries, and share practical insights.

The role requires approximately 2 to 10 hours every two weeks, offering flexibility for those with full-time engineering roles. Compensation is competitive and experience-based. Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of software engineering experience, daily use of AI coding agents (like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), a deep understanding of how these agents function, and experience in breaking down complex problems into AI-executable plans. They should also be adept at reviewing AI code for correctness, security, and quality, and have strong software engineering fundamentals. A passion for teaching is essential.
