Keensight's cybersecurity portfolio company Nomios has acquired Orbcom, a Portuguese cybersecurity and IT consulting firm, marking its entry into the Iberian peninsula. Orbcom, founded in 2002 and based in Porto, generates around €15 million in annual revenue and employs over 80 certified specialists. Jean-Christophe Cini, partner at Keensight, noted Orbcom is a strong strategic fit, adding complementary expertise and an established Portuguese presence. The deal underscores growing interest in cybersecurity amid rising AI-powered threats.

Main Capital Partners has completed its largest deal to date, acquiring a majority stake in Confirma Software at a valuation well above €400 million. Confirma, a vertical software platform founded in 2019 and headquartered in Stockholm, serves over 25,000 customers across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. The company operates in ERP, payment solutions, financial solutions, quality management systems, and business process solutions, supported by around 540 professionals.

Main Capital will support Confirma's growth through operational enhancement, Nordic expansion, and continued buy-and-build activity. Wessel Ploegmakers, partner and head of Nordics at Main Capital, highlighted focus on the DACH region and the UK for future expansion. The investment partners with Confirma's management and key employees.
