Amodei's three-step approach calls for ongoing, employee-like access for embedded evaluators at frontier AI companies to ensure safety practices, report incidents, and evaluate model alignment.

Accenture brings experience helping businesses and governments deploy AI across industries, offering enterprise perspective on Anthropic's models. However, the embedded evaluator model is new with no established standards for scope, access levels, or reporting procedures.
