iOS 27.2 beta 1 introduces a redesigned Health app, improves Siri AI localization, and more.

On Wednesday, following the full public release of iOS 27, Apple made iOS 27.2 beta 1 available to all compatible devices except the iPhone Duo. Apple's first foldable phone is expected to ship with iOS 27.1, while the remainder of the iPhone lineup will receive iOS 27.2.

The first developer beta includes a redesigned Health app, previewed at Apple's "Surprise and Shine" event on September 9. Initially in U.S. English, it offers Apple Intelligence insights, a Longevity Tab, and a Readiness score. Apple said it will not ship with iOS 27.2 but will arrive before the end of 2026.

The Health app works with Apple Watch Ultra 4 and Apple Watch Series 12. Siri AI now supports French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish in beta. Dual capture for group FaceTime calls is enabled, and Apple TV profiles are now available on iPhone.
