Acer unveiled the Swift Blade 14 at IFA in Berlin, a new sub-brand under its Swift lineup weighing just 799 grams (1.76 pounds), making it one of the lightest 14-inch Windows laptops available. The chassis combines carbon fiber top and bottom covers with a magnesium-aluminum alloy keyboard deck for durability without added bulk. It measures 12.9mm thin on base models and 13.5mm on OLED variants, lighter than a 13-inch MacBook Air despite comparable thickness.

Powered by Intel's Wildcat Lake platform, it scales up to a Core 7 350 CPU with 12GB LPDDR5-6400 memory and up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe storage. Display options include a 3K OLED WQXGA+ panel at 90Hz, 400 nits, full DCI-P3 coverage, and a 90% screen-to-body ratio with 4.3mm bezels. Additional specs feature a 50Wh battery, three USB Type-C ports, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3.

Thermal performance remains a concern due to the thin design, awaiting independent testing. Acer confirmed a December launch across EMEA, with pricing yet to be announced.
