The Los Angeles Lakers completed their ninth consecutive victory after Luke Kennard drilled a go-ahead three-pointer with just 0.6 seconds remaining in regulation, while teammate LeBron James achieved a career milestone playing in his 1,612th regular-season game. Separately, Kevin Durant cemented his place on the all-time scoring chart during a victory over the Heat, surpassing Michael Jordan for fifth place after contributing 27 points in the contest.

While teams celebrate winning streaks, league discipline remains a focus, as Luka Doncic is facing an automatic one-game suspension after receiving his 16th technical foul following a Saturday night exchange with Orlando's Goga Bitadze.
