Keensight Capital-backed DimoMaint, a provider of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software, has announced the acquisitions of Qb7, AssetPlus, and Cimaint. Qb7 maintains hospital medical equipment such as scanners and dialysis machines. AssetPlus, GE Health Care’s former CMMS platform, has served biomedical teams for more than 20 years.

Cimaint, a legacy CMMS platform developed by Quaternaire since 1989, is also part of DimoMaint’s strategy. DimoMaint will migrate all three companies’ customers to its cloud-native MX platform, adding AI-based diagnostic tools. The moves are part of DimoMaint’s consolidation strategy in the healthcare and biomedical sectors, aimed at giving hospitals and other institutions modern, cloud-native maintenance software.

Qb7 and AssetPlus strengthen DimoMaint’s health and biomedical CMMS business and reinforce its position in France. AssetPlus customers will get a gradual transition path to Qb7 and DimoMaint’s cloud-native MX platform once the transaction is completed, providing continuity of service alongside access to newer technology, including operational AI features such as diagnostic assistance and intelligent document analysis. DimoMaint is taking over Cimaint’s customer portfolio and will gradually support their migration to the DimoMaint MX platform – a shift carried out in collaboration with Quaternaire that DimoMaint said has the full support of all customers involved.

DimoMaint said the migration will give those customers broader functional coverage, continuous innovation and an improved user experience. The acquisitions deepen DimoMaint’s presence in healthcare, a sector where service continuity, traceability and compliance are significant concerns, while broadening its customer base.
