Long Range Capital has completed its acquisition of Pizza Hut from Yum! Brands, the iconic restaurant chain headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. The deal, finalized with undisclosed terms, excludes Mainland China. Founded in 1958, Pizza Hut commands approximately $10 billion in system-wide sales.

Eduardo Luz currently serves as interim CEO. Bob Berlin, founder and managing partner of Long Range, stated the firm is excited to partner with Luz and the Pizza Hut team. Berlin emphasized the brand's storied legacy and global footprint as a significant opportunity.
