Motorola just revealed the Signature 27 smartphone at the Snapdragon Summit. This refresh of the Signature handset features the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 mobile processor, making it one of the first phones to use Qualcomm's latest mobile SoC.

Motorola calls it "the most advanced smartphone" it has ever created. It includes Bang & Olufsen speakers and an upgraded cooling system. The primary camera uses a 50MP Sony Lytia 910 sensor, while the telephoto lens jumps to 200MP from 50MP.

The Signature 27 runs Android 17, with seven years of OS upgrades, and offers Gemini-adjacent AI tools like the video generator Omni and music generator Lyria. Display specs remain unknown.

Motorola hasn't announced a release date, saying it's "expected to come to markets worldwide in 2026." Pricing is also unknown; the previous model costs $800 to $1,200. This won't be the last Motorola product with Bang & Olufsen audio, as the companies announced a multi-year partnership.
