Disable Digital Wallet on Lost Phone

When you lose your phone, disabling your digital wallet is critical to protect payment cards, loyalty accounts, digital tickets, gift cards, mobile IDs and car keys. Use Find My for iPhone or Find Hub for Android to secure your device remotely. Mark your Android phone as lost via Find Hub on any device, which logs it out of your Google account and removes all cards from Google Wallet.

You can also enable Lost Mode in the Find My app on iPhone, which locks the device and prevents access to Apple Pay. For Android without Google account access, use Remote Lock at android.com/lock to secure the phone. Samsung Galaxy users with Smart Things Find can lock Samsung Wallet and suspend transactions automatically.

If recovery is delayed, contact your bank to freeze digital card versions directly from their apps. These steps ensure your confidential information remains secure while your device is missing.
