Anker unveiled MindBase at IFA, an AI-powered local home hub combining a NAS with a 64GB SSD and dual drive bays for 2.5 or 3.5-inch hard drives. Designed as the center of an autonomous home, it runs smart devices, stores family data, and acts as a digital security guard when paired with Anker's Eufy cameras — including the new Video Doorbell S4, Window Camera E10, and Fall Detection Sensor. The on-device AI evaluates events in real time, assessing risk and triggering responses like lighting changes, verbal warnings, or "active deterrence." Anker has not disclosed pricing or a release timeline.
