Alienware's 560Hz QD-OLED Monitor Is Its Fastest Ever

Dell just announced the Alienware AW2527 HX QD-OLED gaming monitor, and it's the fastest in the company's history with a 560Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms gray-to-gray response time. That speed is likely overkill for most consumers but ideal for competitive esports players seeking every edge. The monitor was built with input from the esports organization Team Liquid.

The 25-inch QD-OLED panel offers DCI-P3 99 percent color coverage, infinite contrast, V-stripe subpixels for sharp text and images, and a matte anti-glare coating to minimize reflections that could ruin a match. It includes a Display Port 2.1 connection and is compatible with NVIDIA G-Sync to reduce tearing.

Design touches include a telescopic stand with a wide adjustment range that frees up desk space for a diagonal keyboard, extremely narrow bezels, and a rear-flip headset hanger. Dell is offering a 3-year warranty that covers OLED burn-in. The Alienware AW2527 HX will be available in the early part of 2027, though pricing details have not yet been announced.
