FedEx has announced a fuel surcharge increase effective June 9, 2025, for international shipments. The adjustment applies to FedEx Express international services and will be assessed on the net transportation rate plus additional surcharges including Dangerous Goods and Address Correction. Updated tables will be available beginning June 6.

A further update is scheduled for April 6, 2026, with tables available April 3. An additional change is set for May 11, 2026, with new tables available May 8. The fuel surcharge percentage for FedEx Express International services adjusts weekly based on the U.S. Gulf Coast spot price for kerosene-type jet fuel as published by the Energy Information Administration.

As of January 13, 2025, the surcharge applies to the net transportation rate and related fees such as Dangerous Goods Address Correction and Demand Surcharge. Regional services under FedEx Regional Economy remain subject to separate EU fuel pricing mechanisms. The international surcharge does not apply to FedEx Regional Economy and Regional Economy Freight services.
