Travis Kelce has purchased a $5.35 million, 21,000-square-foot historic Tudor home in Bratenahl, Ohio, swelling the village population to 1,402. Neighbors at the Shoreby Club reacted with excitement, toasting as his plane flew overhead. The 3.5-acre property features eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a heated pool, and a wine cellar.

Kelce and Taylor Swift were previously photographed shopping in the area last summer. Bratenahl, a wealthy enclave surrounded by Cleveland, has a history of hosting celebrities, including Khloé Kardashian. Mayor Keith Benjamin stated the community is "used to this," emphasizing a welcoming atmosphere for famous residents.

A former mayor noted many elite residents do not live there full-time. The home, named Moyenage, was built in 1895 by steel manufacturer Jay Morse as a duplicate of his Chicago residence. Security discussions are ongoing regarding fence extensions to the waterline.
