Two top Democratic Senate fund-raisers, Jon Ossoff of Georgia and James Talarico of Texas, are teaming up for a joint finance event in Los Angeles. The fund-raiser, titled "Two Visionaries, One Night," will take place on Thursday evening and features Hollywood hosts including showrunner Shonda Rhimes and Lost co-creator Damon Lindelof. Tickets range from $1,000 to $27,000, though the lowest tiers are already sold out.

The event aims to split donations evenly between Ossoff's and Talarico's separate campaign committees. Ossoff has raised $77.3 million for his campaign, while Talarico has raised $68.6 million. Ossoff is traveling to Los Angeles from the Bay Area, where he headlined two additional fund-raisers on Wednesday.

In a joint email exchange, Ossoff stated, "That's exactly why I need James fighting alongside me in the U.S. Senate," to which Talarico replied, "And it's why we need to re-elect Jon." The collaboration highlights the duo's strategy as a fight against powerful interests in Washington.
