Ben Cabango earned his 18th senior cap as Wales secured their first victory in seven games, defeating Norway 2-1 in Nations League A. Goals from Dan James and Neco Williams overturned an early strike from Oscar Bobb. Cabango described the performance as his best for Wales, highlighting the physical battle against Norway's forwards.
Head coach Craig Bellamy praised Cabango and captain Ben Davies for subduing Erling Haaland and the Norwegian attack. Bellamy noted the team's success in keeping the opposition away from their box, calling the defensive display exceptional. The victory marked Wales' first ever win in Nations League A, providing a crucial boost for the squad.
