TSMC reported its July revenue, underscoring continued growth in output capacity, customer commitments, and execution. The figure stood at NT$467.58 billion, about $14.49 billion—a 5.6% rise over June’s $13.75 billion and a striking 44.7% year‑over‑year increase. The jump indicates that the company is selling all available wafer capacity amid rising customer demand and an AI‑driven boom.

From January through July 2026, TSMC generated NT$2,872.06 billion, roughly $89.03 billion—a 37.0% surge versus the same period in 2025, reflecting robust market momentum.

High‑volume manufacturing of the N2 process began in June. Although the N2 node currently accounts for only 3% of revenue, fabs produce about 20,000 wafers monthly. TSMC plans to ramp to 100,000 N2 wafers per month by year‑end 2026, fueling further revenue growth.

Even with projected increases for N3 and N5 nodes, a five‑fold revenue rise would push N2 to over 10% of the overall share. Because N2 wafers carry higher unit prices, the company’s revenue expansion is just beginning.
