TSMC reported consolidated revenue of NT$1.046 trillion for Q4 2025, marking a strong end to the year. Net income hit NT$505.74 billion, with diluted EPS reaching NT$19.50. Year-over-year figures showed impressive growth: revenue up 20.5% and net income climbing 35%. The chip giant's performance demonstrates continued momentum in the semiconductor sector.

The foundry's advanced technology nodes drove these results. Shipments of the cutting-edge 3-nanometer process accounted for 28% of total wafer revenue. Combined with 5nm and 7nm technologies, advanced nodes represented 77% of wafer sales. Gross margin settled at 62.3%, reflecting the premium pricing power of TSMC's leading-edge manufacturing capabilities.

Looking ahead, management forecasts Q1 2026 revenue between $34.6 billion and $35.8 billion. The company plans a massive capital budget of $52-$56 billion for 2026, signaling aggressive expansion to meet AI and high-performance computing demand.
