Key highlights include the SM8366 Mon Titan SSD Reference Design Kit, built on the PCIe Gen 5 controller to support KV cache offload and Agentic AI infrastructure. This platform offers capacities ranging from 32 TB to 256 TB, utilizing both TLC and QLC NAND to enable deployment across various AI architectures.

Silicon Motion will also feature the SM8466 PCIe Gen 6 enterprise SSD controller, capable of delivering up to 28 GB/s sequential throughput.
