Blaze Entertainment and Retro Games Ltd will launch THEC64 Handheld and The Spectrum Handheld in October 2026, bringing iconic 1980s home computers to portable gaming. These clamshell-designed consoles feature authentic styling inspired by the original computers, with 25 built-in games each, including classics like Boulder Dash, Speedball 2, and Manic Miner.

Each handheld boasts a 4.3" IPS screen at 800×480 resolution with stereo speakers and customizable controls. The consoles support microSD cards for additional games and USB-A for keyboard or joystick connections. Users can select multiple system formats to emulate, with options for CPU speed and audio chip configurations to match original experiences.

Priced at $129.99 (£109.99/€129.99), both consoles will be available through Amazon, Funstock, and Evercade retailers. A limited Collector's Edition priced at $149.99 includes a matching carry case and special magazine (Zzap for THEC64, Crash for Spectrum), with only 2,000 units produced for each model.
