QNAP Systems unveiled its QSW-M2130 Series L2 Web Managed Switches, targeting businesses building flexible network infrastructure. The lineup includes two models: the standard QSW-M2130-4C2S24T and PoE++ variant QSW-M2130P-2C2S26T, both designed to address management complexity in SMB and multi-story office deployments.

Each switch combines 24 2.5GbE ports with 10GbE uplink capabilities, serving simultaneously as access and aggregation layer devices. The PoE++ model delivers up to 375W total power budget through IEEE 802.3bt compliance, supporting high-power devices like Wi-Fi 6/7 access points and 4K IP cameras. Dual-use combo ports accommodate both copper and fiber connections.

Ronald Hsu, QNAP Product Manager, emphasized that cluttered architectures become unmanageable as networks expand. The QSW-M2130P-2C2S26T eliminates complex setups while maintaining streamlined topology. Both models feature LACP, QoS, VLAN support, and the QNAP Switch System interface for simplified administration.

Manufactured in Taiwan, these switches target enterprise environments requiring reliable multi-gigabit connectivity without sacrificing manageability. The integrated approach reduces hardware requirements while supporting modern wireless infrastructure demands.
