The AIDIMM module offers 128 GB capacity, 307.2 GB/s bandwidth, and dynamic voltage scaling to address thermal and memory constraints in edge LLMs. Its compact design supports models exceeding 70 billion parameters, targeting AI agent hosts. Meanwhile, the AILPBGA chip delivers 307 GB/s bandwidth in a 22×22 mm package, balancing cost and performance for embedded systems.

Both products aim to accelerate AI ecosystem collaboration.
