Longsys now produces one million mSSD units monthly, a significant output increase for its compact storage solutions. This capacity boost aims to satisfy escalating demand for edge AI devices. The company began sampling its mSSD products in October 2025, achieving this stable million-unit monthly output by June 2026 after optimizing its Suzhou manufacturing base.

These mSSDs leverage System-in-Package (SiP) integration, combining controller, NAND, and other components into a single unit. This design offers improved reliability and shorter production cycles compared to traditional SSDs. Longsys offers both PCIe Gen 4 and Gen 5 versions, with the latter featuring vapor chamber cooling for sustained high performance in demanding AI applications.

Working with partners like Lenovo and ASUS, Longsys' mSSDs are tailored for AI PCs and intelligent terminals. The SiP architecture supports future PCIe Gen 6 specifications and various reliability standards. This production milestone positions Longsys to accelerate the widespread adoption of advanced storage for the growing edge AI market.
